We are a registered Physiotherapy provider based in Victoria, Australia, and we comply with all relevant professional, ethical, and legal standards including the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) requirements.

2. Our Services

We provide mobile and home-based Physiotherapy services across Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding areas.
Services may include:

  • Home and community-based physiotherapy

  • Aquatic and exercise therapy

3. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be made via phone, email, or online contact form.
Once an appointment is confirmed, we reserve this time specifically for you.
Please be ready and available at the scheduled time, and ensure a safe environment is available for treatment if we are visiting your home. We will complete a screening form with you prior to attending your home to discuss the home environment for staff safety.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees depend on the type of service and funding arrangement. Travel fees will likely be included and will be discussed with you or your case manager prior.

Private Clients

  • Payment is due on the day of the appointment by direct transfer or other agreed methods.

Support at Home Program (Aged Care Package) Clients

  • Services are billed to your Support at Home Package provider according to the agreed service schedule and care plan.

5. Cancellations and Non-Attendance

a. General Policy

We understand that circumstances can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, may result in a full service fee being charged.

b. Support at Home Program (Aged Care Package) Clients

If services are provided under Support at Home (Aged Care Package):

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, may result in a full service fee being charged to your Support at Home (Aged Care Package) provider, in line with your care agreement.

  • Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may require reassessment of your ongoing service schedule.
